Retroactively update hourly costs
This feature enables users to set a past date from which hourly costs become effective, allowing them to make retroactive changes to the cost of hours worked.
We've fixed the issue where by clicking on the save button under the "General" section within the "Requests" configuration resulted in an unintended swap between the new views and the old views for "Requested" and "Requests".
Fixes an issue that caused single-level tree-type custom fields to be displayed incorrectly in dashboards, reports, and views.
Fix for a bug that, when selecting "General variable - Customer Manager" with the "is" operator in a Workflow conditional path, prevented selecting a user.

Authentication restriction for externally authenticated users
We've added the ability for admins to restrict manual login for users who have authenticated using SAML, Google, and Microsoft services in the past.
We have fixed the bug where the TICKET_URL variable, when inserted as a hyperlink within an email in an automation, was formatting incorrectly.
Fixed a bug that caused issues with closed requests when removing options from lists or trees.
Fix for a bug that prevented the user interface of requests from loading correctly when leaving a comment in the request while using the French language.
