You can now sort, filter, and highlight Smart Recommendations to focus on what matters most in your environment. Sort by "Most relevant" to see alerts first, or switch to detection date to spot what's new. Use filters to narrow down by category or to see only what you've highlighted. Scheduled Data Export for CI Reporting

We've introduced a new scheduled data export capability for Configuration Items. You can now generate large-scale CSV exports based on your existing custom views, reuse filters and columns, and automate delivery on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or yearly basis. New automation template: auto-assign location from owner

A new automation template is now available in the catalog. When activated, it automatically updates a CI's location to match its owner's, keeping your inventory accurate without manual updates. Find it in Settings > Automations > Add.

Location-Level Access Controls

Locations are now part of the full permission system, giving admins control over who can view, create, edit, or delete them. Three filtering modes are available: for all items, by tags, and a new hierarchical mode — "Within subtree" — which grants access to an entire location branch and automatically includes any sub-locations added beneath it.

For teams working with hardware lists coming from outside Asset Management, a new 'is in list' operator is now available in the asset search bars and across advanced filters. Users can paste or scan a list of identifiers - serial number, hostname, asset name, asset ID, inventory ID, or owner employee ID - and find hundreds of matching assets in a single search.

Populate Purchase Orders from a CSV File

A CSV file can now be uploaded to instantly fill a Purchase Order with multiple line items. This eliminates manual entry for large orders or vendor quotes, saving time when processing bulk procurement data.

Locations now support full permission-based visibility, replacing the previous all-or-nothing access model. Administrators can restrict access by tags, by a specific set of locations, or by subtree — a hierarchical mode that automatically includes any new locations added beneath a selected branch.

Tags can now be used in the Cloud Assets explorer, bringing it in line with the Assets explorer.
