Asset Management Releases

This integration enables customers using Zendesk and InvGate Asset Management in parallel to enrich asset information with support data. Based on the tickets submitted in Zendesk, InvGate users can now view, directly within the platform, the relationship between an asset and the requests associated with it, providing a more complete and centralized understanding of asset activity.

You can now automatically send emails to the managers of the CI owners involved whenever an alert is triggered or an automated action runs. This ensures the right owners are notified in context, speeding up response times and keeping CI managers aligned with what’s happening in their environment.

This version adds granular rules for vendor access, letting you define exactly what each user can see or manage for the vendor entity. You can now fine-tune which vendors and vendor details are visible or editable to each user, improving collaboration while keeping sensitive information restricted.
