Now, comments on knowledge base articles are displayed from the most recent to the oldest, making it easier for users to see the latest feedback first. Comments on Knowledge Base articles are now displayed in reverse chronological order, with the most recent comments appearing first. This change helps users quickly access the latest feedback.
